• Products on website are available unless marked as sold.
• If you like a sold item and want one exactly the same, you may order one.
• The order would be fulfilled subject to available fabric stock and you would need to allow a week for manufacture.
• Rose Patch cannot fulfil bespoke orders.
• The colours of a product cannot be customised. This would substantially increase the price of the product due to traveling costs to source the required fabric.
• All toys are handmade by me.
• Seams are stitched twice; especially those seams that will endure much wear and tear.
• Safety eyes are inserted and the washer holding it in place is thoroughly checked before the final seam is stitched.
• Despite using the same materials and measurements due to being handmade, each one has slight differences, which gives it character.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with your Rose Patch purchase, you will have 10 working days to notify us via e-mail email@example.com
Rose Patch will only replace items if they were damaged on arrival.
We will arrange to replace it if on inspection we find it has been damaged during shipping. However, half the shipping cost would be to the customer’s expense.
If you no longer want the product that you ordered, refunds will be processed once goods are returned and after the items have been inspected. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition they were sent.
If the refund is approved we will require banking details. Only regular price items qualify for a refund.
You will need to cover the shipping as shipping cost is not refundable.

> How long will it take me to get my order?
Products for sale on the website are in stock and immediately available. Your order will be shipped to you immediately on receipt of payment. Rose Patch uses The Courier Guy and their Overnight courier service. Or we make use of Post Net for regional and outlying destinations.
> How much does delivery cost?
We deliver to destinations in KZN at R100. Other provinces and outlying destinations cost R160. We also offer free local pick up from Westville Durban.
> Can you deliver as a gift?
Yes we can deliver as a gift with a drawstring gift bag and note.
> Do you take custom orders such as a similar item in another colour?
Unfortunately Rose Patch cannot accommodate custom orders. This would require purchasing new fabric in the customer’s colour choice. This would incur an increase in manufacturing cost.

You may order an item like the one marked sold. I will try to make it exactly the same, but this would be subject to available materials in the same colour.
